Return and Exchange Policy:

  • You can exchange or return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original condition.
  • Exchanges or returns can be made at the Banafseg location, provided you have the receipt and the product is in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it.
  • Discounted items (during sales) cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to Exchange or Return:

  1. Contact customer service via email or phone number.
  2. Provide the reason for the exchange or return and specify the product to be exchanged so we can assist you effectively.
  3. If there is a complaint about the product or if the product does not match the displayed image, please provide clear photos of the issue within two days of receipt at the latest.
  4. Banafseg covers the full shipping cost if the product is defective or if the size is incorrect.
  5. If the exchange or return is due to reasons other than the above, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
  6. If a problem arises with the product after use, contact after-sales support and provide a detailed written description and clear photos of the issue at the time the problem occurs.
  7. If the product needs to be inspected, it will be received and examined by the quality department, and a response will be provided within 3 days to a week at most from the order’s arrival at the company’s location with the appropriate action based on the order’s condition.
  8. Replacement items will be delivered within 3 to 7 days.
  9. If the exchange is done via shipping, it will occur in two stages: first, a representative will collect the item to be exchanged and return it to the quality department, and then another representative will ship the replacement item. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in both cases, or you are welcome to visit us directly at our location.

Refund Methods for Returns:

  • For cash payments, the refund will be made through Vodafone Cash or any electronic wallet or in cash.
  • For visa payments, the refund will be made through a bank account.

Our Shipping Policies:

  • Please carefully read the description of each product and select the color, size, and order details accurately, as they cannot be changed after the order is placed.
  • It is advisable to provide a WhatsApp number for easier communication and a detailed and clear address (governorate – area – street name – building number – floor – apartment – landmark) to speed up order delivery, and indicate any notes regarding the delivery time.
  • If you place multiple orders to the same address, please contact customer service to consolidate them into a single shipment before completing the shipping process; otherwise, each order will be shipped separately with new shipping costs.
  • The order is usually confirmed again after being entered on the website with customer service in case of incomplete information.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 5 to 7 business days, excluding official holidays. We will contact the customer three times by phone at different times and in writing. If there is no response, the order will be canceled.
  • The shipping company will contact the customer before delivering the order to confirm their availability or to choose another delivery time if unavailable. If the representative is coordinated for pickup and the customer cancels after their arrival, shipping costs will be charged
